This Saturday the Donovans, Michael, Cat, Tate and Bon will introduce you to the art of pickling. “Pickling is the process of preserving the shelf life of food” (Wikipedia). They will share methods and tips on how to get started preserving food by pickling. And who doesn’t love a good pickle? But much more can be “pickled” as you’ll learn in this class.
