Herb Harvesting and Drying 1

Today we’ll harvest herbs from the Community Garden. Some you’ll take home fresh to use in recipes, salads etc. Then we’ll learn to bundle herbs and set them up to dry. We’ll harvest them in a couple of weeks and jar them up for future use.

Please RSVP for this class. The donation for this class is $10 and can be paid at the garden on the day of the class. Rain/snow cancels the class.
