Gardening with Kids with Mary Rider and Peter Kindfield

Gardening with children can be a transformative experience for all! In this workshop Peter and Mary discuss the why and how of gardening with children. The how will include discussing gardening activities that children love including making seed bombs, transplanting plants, nurturing healthy live soil, planting garden scraps, and harvesting food. Families will have opportunities to engage in some of those activities as part of the workshop and will leave with some products of our activity.

Please RSVP for this class. The donation for this class is $10/person or $20/family and can be paid at the garden on the day of the class. Rain/snow cancels the class.
